Tissue Genesis is leveraging its expertise in adipose-derived cell isolation technology with strategic partners in select, high-potential markets.  Examples of this approach are our exclusive distribution agreements  with Bioheart, Inc. of Sunrise, Florida for the cardiac market, SpineSmith, LP of Austin, Texas for various applications (incuding the spine) in certain agreed upon medical institutes, Canine Health Institute of Houston, Texas for companion dog treatment in the Houseton area, and American Medical Systems for treating pelvic health disorders. These partners obtain certain distribution rights in a field of use and geographic area (which may be worldwide). Additionally, each partner has granted the Company exclusive rights to any improvements they make to the Company’s technology, which the Company grants back to all the other partners in their respective fields of use, effectively creating a pool of researchers at all its partners, furthering the Company’s technology.
